The invention relates to a vertical submersible pump assembly, comprising a pump assembly casing (1) which contains a hydraulic drive motor (14) with a drive shaft (13). On the pump assembly casing a pump house (2) is secured, and a pump rotor (12) which is connected with pump shaft (13) and provided in the pump house, a transport conduit (3,6,7) from pump house (2), which transport conduit extends above the pump medium, and two drive medium conduits (4,5) from above said pump medium and down to pump assembly casing (1). The vertical submersible pump assembly is characterized by the fact that pump house (2) is divided radially outside pump rotor (12), the external ring shaped pump house portion (8) being conencted with transport conduit (3,6,7). The invention relates to pumping equipment and can be used in submersible or in-tank pumps. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design. FIG. 1 and 2 shows the device, General view; in fig. 3 - pump and housing; in fig. 4 - removable areas. Vertical submersible pumping device comprises a casing 1 of a pumping device attached to it. A hydraulic actuator 2 with a drive shaft 3, a pump casing 4 attached to the casing 1 of a pumping device, located inside the Casing 4 a pump rotor 5 connected to the drive shaft 3 of the hydraulic actuator 2, vertical pressure pipelines 6-8, mounted on the casing 4 of the pump, supplying and discharging hydraulic pipelines 9 and 10, attached to the hydraulic actuator 2. The pump casing 4 is made detachable in the radial plane in diameter exceeding d ametr pump rotor 5, pressure lines 6-8 are fixed at the periphery of the body 4 and conductive inlet and discharging the hydraulic lines 9 and 10 are provided with removable portions 11 and 12 adjacent to the hydraulic drive 2. The supply and discharge pipes 9 and 10 are made of external and internal pipes 13 and 14, and removable sections 11 and 12 are made of two coaxially arranged pipes 15 and 16 with flanges 17 and 18 and seals 19-21, the internal pipe 15 is provided with the knee 22 connecting the nozzle 15 and the flange 17, the outer nozzle 16 is provided with a cap 23 installed through the seal 21 coaxially with the nozzle 16 and with the possibility of vertical movement along the latter, the inner nozzle 15 with the upper part mounted with the possibility of axial movement in the inner pipe. 14 piping 9 and 10, the flange 17 of the lower part of the inner pipe 15 is fixed on the hydraulic line 24 of the hydraulic actuator 2, the flange 18 of the external pipe 16 is hermetically connected to the external pipe 13 of the pipeline 9 and 10, and the cover 23 - with the casing 25 of the hydraulic actuator 2. In the assembled position, the length of the internal pipe 15 exceeds the length of the external 16 by the size of the vertical bend 22 with flange 17 and the length of the external pipe 16 from flange 18 to cover 23 exceeds the vertical overall size of the pin 23. The device works as follows. If it is necessary to dismantle a device located, for example, inside a container, the lid 23 is pushed along the pipe 16, the flange 17 is disconnected from the hydraulic actuator 2 and then the flange 18 from the pipeline 9 and 10. Internal pipe 15 are removed from the inner pipe 14 and the detachable sections 11 and 12 are disconnected. The fastening of the halves of the pump casing 4 is disconnected. Next, the hydraulically driven pump is removed, and the pipelines 9, 10, b, 7, and 8 remain in the tank. This ensures simplicity of design and allows for quick replacement or repair of the device.

Claims (2) [1] 1. A vertical submersible pumping device comprising a casing of a pumping device, a hydraulic drive with a drive shaft attached thereto, a housing of the pumping device attached to the casing, located in the housing of the rotor of the pumping device, connected to the drive shaft of the hydraulic actuator, vertical pressure pipelines fixed to the housing of the pumping device, supplying and discharging hydraulic pipelines attached to the top of the hydraulic actuator, characterized in that, to simplify the design, the pumping device housing radially detachable in diameter greater than the diameter of the rotor of the pumping device; pressure pipelines secured at the periphery of the housing; and supply and discharge hydraulic pipes are provided with removable sections adjacent to the hydraulic drive.
